The Job


As the HR Administrator you will perform general administration activities for the HR function and be responsible for maintaining HR trackers, for publishing the information appropriately and for escalating performance issues where necessary


Effectively manage the HR enquiry inbox and to escalate issues when necessary will be a key part of your role


You will also be responsible for the input, report generation and maintenance of HR data within the HR Data Management System as the HR Administrator


Co-ordinate and organise communications, meetings, visits, events, conferences, work placements (student and internships) and travel arrangements


To co-ordinate and organise general ordering, invoicing and functional expense tracking

The Fit


You must have a background in HR and have previously worked in a generalist position ideally having answered a range of HR queries


You must also have used a HR System previously such as Oracle, SAP etc. If you have used Resource Link this would be beneficial so please note within your CV


If you have worked with Payroll, answering queries or been part of the on-boarding process etc please note within your CV but again this is not essential


You will also need to have strong Excel skills


No CIPD or HR specific qualification required!
