Working closely with external clients throughout the entire product life-cycle to deliver innovative solutions.The JobAs the HR Administrator you will perform general administration activities for the HR function and be responsible for maintaining HR trackers, for publishing the information appropriately and for escalating performance issues where necessaryEffectively manage the HR enquiry inbox and to escalate issues when necessary will be a key part of your roleYou will also be responsible for the input, report generation and maintenance of HR data within the HR Data Management System as the HR AdministratorCo-ordinate and organise communications, meetings, visits, events, conferences, work placements (student and internships) and travel arrangementsTo co-ordinate and organise general ordering, invoicing and functional expense tracking The FitYou must have a background in HR and have previously worked in a generalist position ideally having answered a range of HR queriesYou must also have used a HR System previously such as Oracle, SAP etc. If you have used Resource Link this would be beneficial so please note within your CVIf you have worked with Payroll, answering queries or been part of the on-boarding process etc please note within your CV but again this is not essentialYou will also need to have strong Excel skillsNo CIPD or HR specific qualification required!To Apply If you're ready to apply, fantastic!
