Helpdesk Advisor - 1st Line Support - IT

£18,000 - £20,000 per annum

My leading client is currently recruiting for an 1st Line Help-desk Analyst to join their growing IT team based in Coventry.

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will working within a busy IT Help-desk environment, providing 1st line IT Support to customers and ensuring calls are followed through and passed to the relevant team.

It's important to be successful in your application that you have experience within a Customer Service, Help-desk or Service Desk environment; where you hold strong skills in answering/making customer calls, logging information, assisting with customer queries, escalating issues.

Any IT skills around Windows Genealogy, Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix, Remedy/Service now would also be extremely beneficial for this role however it's not required.
