My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst on a initial 3 month period. The purpose of the role is to ensure absolute customer satisfaction and customer service across the business. The role would cover many aspects and may involve chasing down incidents with various support teams, writing communication for changes being implemented, admin functions, general chasing up and prioritisation of issues.
The ideal candidate will be tenacious, confident, good communicator and works off their own initiative.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 year's experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent customer service skills & good communication.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
