Head of Service Delivery and Change - Business and Process Improvement, Service Design, Service Strategy

Location: Hatfield

We are actively looking to secure an experienced Head of Service Delivery to join Experis.

The Head of Service Delivery and Change is required to provide leadership to the client's Customer Delivery teams and will be key in driving through business improvement activities as they look to equip themselves for the growth of their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Service Establishment and Transition activities.
  • Provide consultative support and Senior Level guidance as required at all stakeholder levels.
  • Develop Business and customer Service designs, Operational Models and Product designs
  • Define business and service strategies
  • Conduct business process analysis including requirements modelling, process capture and process definition

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Client-facing skills at senior-level discussion, with the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts to senior executives
  • A detailed knowledge of service delivery concepts and techniques with strong operational understanding of service supply chains
  • Experience of service architecture and design for major IT systems
  • Self motivating, objective setting, and strong leadership skills
  • Telecoms, Network or Fixed Mobile would be an advantage
