Head of Product & Proposition Cardiff £80,000 - £100,000 (annual salary) + Excellent Benefits We currently have an exciting opportunity to join one of our highly reputable clients based just outside Cardiff. Leading a team of Product Managers across the business this role will be accountable for delivering the commercial proposition and product strategy for the organisation.Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Ensure the product & proposition strategy works through all business units to deliver on the organisations strategy of reinvention.Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, and Brand team, act as a brand custodian ensuring all propositions have originality and answers the question, why does this matter to customers.Working closely with Business Unit Directors, be accountable for maintaining the delivery of the core product roadmaps ensuring they achieve the desired revenue. This includes full accountability for the P&L of products.Actively prioritise product and proposition launch ensuring all propositions add value to the vision of reinvention.Lead on the full delivery and in life ownership of a range of the more complex proposition and product changes.Working closely with the Data & Insight team to define customer insights, target audience and market opportunities, proposition initiatives, desired customer experience and marketing strategy and how this fits into the overall strategy. Desirable Experience Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Graduate calibre with recognised marketing qualificationSignificant experience in setting product vision strategies, helping businesses going the transformation is essentialExtensive experience in delivery of commercial products across a variety of premium consumables and markets is essentialExperience in premium proposition development (hard and soft) is preferableWorked in both a retail and manufacturing environment would be advantageous This position is initially for a 6 month FTC but may become permanent.
