My client is a well-established Marketing agency, specialising in innovation and mobile marketing for some really fantastic world famous brands.

As the Head of PPC you will be an experience, analytical and commercially minded biddable media expert... try saying that fast, 5 times!

As the Head of PPC you will be inheriting one of the most successful teams in their Bristol branch and will be responsible to motivate the PPC team to optimise delivering world class marketing campaigns and drive the business forward.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that wants to take ownership and have a real responsibility in changing a business and being a real key player.

Some key duties;

  • Manage all daily operations for the team including, account structure, MCC management, campaign strategy, keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management, conversion tracking, performance against budget, insights and reporting.
  • Manage a team of talented PPC optimisers, set targets, train and mentor and recruit new hires to expand the team.
  • Be the go to expert for Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and other paid networks and build relationships with network account managers to promote new opportunities.
  • Use intricate knowledge of the sales pipeline and workflow to accurately forecast future performance and feed into company budgets.
  • Use extensive paid search experience to support account managers and client services with new business pitches and performance reporting.
  • Drive the commercial direction of the team and innovate to deliver a class-leading proposition to our clients.
  • Continually refine and improve processes and operations.
  • Play a key role in putting into our commercial proposition.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns alongside SEO, PR, Social, ECRM, BI and Tech teams.
  • Highly aware of market trends, competitors and new biddable opportunities.

The right person will look like;

  • 5+ Years PPC and biddable experience.
  • Expert in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads.
  • Experience managing significant media budgets.
  • Proven experience managing paid search, paid social and display campaigns.
  • Experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Genuine interest and passion for digital marketing.
  • Experience managing client relationships and key accounts.
  • Highly analytical with excellent Excel, Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Educated to degree level.
