Fancy working with the Europe's leading Entertainment Company? We are looking for a Head of Platform & Partner Integration to join our team in West London.

Key responsibilities

  • Shaping and setting our platform and partnership strategy, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, and through developing robust, evidence-backed business cases
  • Driving our device proposition: device portfolio, app line-up, merchandising agreements, commercial terms and product integration strategy; in close collaboration with our Product and Technology teams
  • Shape our aggregation strategy, including identifying new apps to launch and leading on direct negotiations with app partners
  • Day to day ownership of key strategic partnerships, including Roku - our white label hardware partner; App content partnerships, including the Public Service Broadcasters, Netflix and YouTube
  • Deliver benefits of aggregation & product integration to increase customer lifetime value and unlock new monetisation streams
  • Ensure that deals are implemented in the spirit of what was agreed and in accordance to agreed timescales by working closely with internal teams (e.g. technology)
  • Align and collaborate with colleagues and teams across the Group on commercial, product integration strategies and plans


Your Skills

  • Strategic mindset with ability to develop robust business cases. Experience from a recognised strategy consulting firm is a plus
  • Solid experience in a large media or digital organisation in a relevant function such as content acquisition, commercial strategy, proposition, app store management/distribution, product ownership
  • Excellent commercial judgement and experience managing complex negotiations with content and app partners
  • Good media industry knowledge and experience working with technology platforms and product teams, ideally within the OTT/D2C sector
  • High energy, strong personal drive
  • Growth mindset and the ability to manage and support a small growing team
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability and confidence to influence internal and external stakeholders and to build strong relationships
  • Strong team player keen to work across departments and collaborate effectively
  • Flexible attitude, appreciating that the competitive landscape is constantly evolving and with ability to adapt approach accordingly
