This established and dynamic network services provider are seeking a professional, challenge orientated and focused FTTP Head of Installations - Team Leader to enhance and support a growing team and an expanding client base.

This role will suit a motivated and career minded Installations Team Leader seeking a springboard into a growing, exciting and highly dynamic environment.

With solid and proven experience, you will have earned your battle scars in the ISP and Telecoms arena with experience such as:

  • Management of work streams within the FTTP Department
  • Fully responsible for the team resources from hiring and man management.
  • Ensuring successful delivery ensuring first class customer service experience
  • Drive Field Engineering teams are ensuring common practice and productivity
  • Driving productivity to ensure financial adherence is an essential part of the role.
  • On-site H&S reviews
  • On-site quality assurance of installation activities
  • Aiding set up of equipment for storage yards
  • Help co-ordinate weekly installations with the provisioning department
  • Liaise with internal and external Stakeholder
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential
  • Understand and challenge Method Statements and Risk Assessments
  • Weekly project reporting to senior management of KPIs on installation progress
  • Strong team leadership skills and man management needed
  • Demand management and resource management skills
  • Undertaking procurement activities for the department maintaining adequate stock levels
  • Cost, time and Quality control management
  • Change control of builds under O&M
  • KPI Reporting
  • Delivery Forecast & Reporting
  • Tracking Deliverables

Previous experience with large network carriers such as Openreach, Virgin Media will be highly advantageous.
