Head of Brand & Lead Generation

Salary: Competitive + bens

Location: London, Monument (Hybrid working 2 - 3 days office / Home)

Type: Permanent , full time 37.5 hours

A role for an experienced Senior marketing professional from a corporate/professional services environment. To enhance brand awareness and through campaign activity, significantly increase the number of qualified leads marketing pass across to sales (all brands).

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Plan and deploy marketing campaign activity
  • Implement lead generation across all brands
  • Drive improved quality of MQL to SQL conversion
  • Develop increased brand awareness/consideration amongst potential buyers
  • Ensure client facing materials up-to-date and reliability demonstrate our capability and expertise (web and brochure)
  • Deliver c-suite client development programme
  • Launch ABM strategy and develop value across the business
  • Develop automated tracking and co-ordinate appropriate dash-boarding and feedback
  • Conduct and/or manage market research, customer insight and competitor analysis to develop appropriate strategies
  • Guide ongoing development of customer experience programme, with a key focus on NPS for Manpower and Experis
  • Liaison with marketing colleagues and, where appropriate, external providers on the design, production and distribution of collateral and advertising assets
  • Line manage and develop the capability of the team
  • Manage allocated marketing budgets
  • Support in build of bid and sales materials
  • Sales / presentation support where appropriate

Person profile:

  • Creative and commercially minded
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong team management
  • Strong Demand Generation experience, ideally HubSpot
  • Strong Brand Management experience
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Team player with experience of project managing
  • Data literate - ability to interpret statistical data
  • Able to interpret technical information
  • Ability to form strong and effective working relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Capable of presenting at the highest level
  • Confident, resourceful and a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment where challenge is the norm and issues widely varied.
