An exciting Central London based opportunity has arisen for a Global Mobility Manager to join a reputable international organisation for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

As a Global Mobility Manager you will lead and manage the Global Mobility across the group, ensuring good practice applies consistently across international assignees and to become a central point of reference on global mobility matters.

The successful GMM will hold a key leadership role for all HR, overseeing all levels throughout the business and supporting through the relocation process. The Global Mobility Manager will work with the HR team and Senior Management to maintain close contact with a range of individuals and suppliers.

Candidate duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage and maintain global mobility policies in conjunction with divisional management
  • Consult as a SME covering the full lifecyle of Global Mobility assignments
  • Advise and liaise with assignees and stakeholders to GM compensation and relocation packages
  • Consult and advice on all technical and compliance aspects of GM (Tax and Immigration)
  • Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships between all areas of the business
  • Provide International HR support to overseas GGO locations
  • Promotion of mobility with the organisation and importance of compliance issues

Technical Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Global Mobility Management and understanding of the assignment lifecyles
  • Ability to develop GM solutions
  • Understanding of Tax and Immigration compliance/legislation and expatriate compensation and benefits
  • Expert knowledge of international Global Mobility process
  • Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with senior customers in developing and managing global mobility requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain close-working relationships and networks at a senior level with customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to surge effort and activity
