My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Global Marketing Premium Products & Benefits on a initial 12 month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer insights, industry trends and competitive landscape to deliver insights around design target and existing customer needs
  • Support the deployment and marketing of entertainment partnerships across international markets
    • Partner with local markets and Brand to establish owned, paid and earned communication plans to drive brand and benefit awareness, consideration, engagement and advocacy
  • Support the E2E customer experience with the objective of improving and connecting the CM journey from the discovery of events to the moment they leave the event. This will include:
    • Working with local markets and third party teams to create business cases and prioritisation of tech projects across the business
    • Enhance existing entertainment benefit sites and enable discovery and purchase in additional company digital channels
    • Working with Brand on partner channel enhancements that give CMs a personalised experience in a non-company environment
  • Support the creation of a global measurement framework for entertainment benefits
  • Deliver central assets and tools to support best-in-class benefit management in the markets

Required Skills:

  • Experience in driving and leading change
  • Proven track record for developing and executing winning strategies
  • Exceptional partner (internal and external) relationship/negotiation/influence skills and a proven ability to drive results through collaboration with business partners across several markets
  • Strong customer focus and keen eye on external market and competitor trends, as well as marketing tactics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding work environment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across a variety of audiences with the ability to influence business decisions at all levels and markets
  • Good analytical, and business management skills and ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and work environment - demonstrates flexibility and openness to changing circumstance
  • Flexible to work across multiple time zones and ability to travel, as required
  • Knowledge of the entertainment industry
