Job Description
You will work with a diverse and international team to support the company generate €2bn of AI-infused business over the coming years. This will involve the development and implementation of agreed marketing and communications programs to drive increased market recognition and demand for specialist AI and Analytics services.
What you'll do

  • Supporting the Global Offer Leader and Innovation & Technology Marketing Director with strategy and annual marketing planning and budget management
  • Global / Local campaigns planning and execution in alignment with teams across Group functions (such as brand & advertising), sector and global business lines
  • Perform AI thought leadership and other content assets.
  • Collaborating with Press and Analyst relations teams for influencer marketing
  • Conference/Event strategy and execution
  • Working with digital marketing team for web and social media strategy and execution
  • Partner marketing in conjunction with the alliance team
  • Internal mobilization and sales enablement, including bid support for key accounts
  • Ensuring and reporting appropriate ROI for initiatives, whether qualitative or quantitative.

What you'll bring

  • Experience of business-to-business, technology or professional services marketing
  • Expertise in marketing strategy and planning in partnership with sales management
  • Expertise in a broad spectrum of marketing execution
  • Ability to work with dispersed matrix teams (Corporate, Sectors, Global Business Lines, regions)
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and with project management skills
  • Sensitivity for varied cultural and ethical viewpoints.
  • Ability to work with and influence Senior Management - reaching conclusions and acting in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous circumstances.
