My client are currently recruiting for an experienced Global Head of Sales to join their thriving, established business.
Working with offices based in the UK, EMEA and further afield you will be responsible for aligning the sales function to meet a number of tough targets for both sales revenue and wider business growth.
Coming from a background of managing small to medium sales functions you set up and roll out relevant sales training and ensure the sales teams are carrying out all relevant tasks to ensure the business can secure maximum gain from all sales endeavours.
In order to carry out this role you will need the following experience:
Demonstrable experience of working in sales function which faces off with IT departments, selling hardware and software solutions
Strong people management and development skills and the ability to maximise current headcount to reach stretch targets
Proven ability to grow a business and business revenue significantly yon a year on year basis
Budget ownership for sales teams and training
Sales, tender and presentation experience
Experience of managing a global business with offices placed around the world
Experience of creating and working in a sales driven environment
