Procurement Manager - Temp Labour

Experis are currently recruiting to a Global Procurement Manager for Temp Labour within an internationally recognised organisation on a permanent basis.

The role holder will act as Global Category lead for the contingent labour spend category, with the spend concentrated in the UK, USA and Asia. You will be responsible for reviewing our clients existing programmes; devising and implementing recommendations to improve quality & drive savings, building senior relationships with the HR Talent Community and developing an understanding of their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and report on spend to identify, build sponsorship for and pursue new savings opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to be their Procurement Account Manager, review 3rd party spend, agree appropriate projects, and subsequently deliver said projects.
  • Work with development groups to implement KPIs and reporting
  • Develop and manage a project against a plan and objectives to ensure commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances in budget, timing or quality of work

We are looking to speak to candidates with expert knowledge of US and UK Contingent Labour programmes; ideally within the financial services sector, though this is not essential.
