Customer Service Coordinator job opportunity based in Amersham for a leading global medical technology and life sciences company which provides a broad portfolio of products, solutions and services used in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients and in the development and manufacture of biopharmaceuticals.

This is an initial temporary contract for 12 months which is very likely to turn into a permanent position. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide seamless support to all customers and distributors for our Life Sciences business. Using our own initiative, we take ownership and responsibility for solving problems from initial query right through to resolution and order entry/order management. We will drive increased customer satisfaction through exceptional customer care.
