Forecasting and Planning Analyst

Have you been involved in Contact Centres or Service Desks and been responsible for forecasting call volumes and resource trends for busy periods and future? If so this role is for you!

Ideally you will have solid Excel and BI tools experience to analyse. Workforce planning and commercial acumen is expected as is reporting and performance analysis. There is an element of service improvement involved in the role as you will be taking your findings and turning them into improvements. Some strategy and forward planning is required and any experience in workforce management systems would be of interest.
