Interfaces Internal: Implementation Team, Business Systems Support, Commercial, Product Management Team, Customer Operations and Senior Leadership Team.

Personal Qualities and Experience

  • Good understanding of telephone systems, fixed line, mobile and/or radio environment
  • Successfully completed technical degree or equivalent technical training with demonstrable practical experience
  • Experince of WiFi, 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G Radio planning desirable
  • Expert in Indoor cell design and planning
  • Couple of years' experience in planning and practical installation of cellular systems
  • Experience in dealing directly with external customers
  • Craftsmanship Skills (Capable ofbasic DIY utilised in attaching antenna, Cat5 & Coax cables runs, fixing conduit, terminating cables etc )
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders/customers
  • Great team skills with the ability of taking ownership of work stacks
  • Strong PC literate skills with good knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
