The role

Role will be based in Accounts Payable (AP) but will provide support to both the Travel & Expenses Team and Vendor Control team as required.

You will be responsible for manually clearing invoices & dealing with any queries relating to these. Candidate will be required to use the in-house finance systems.

Role will require candidate to engage with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers by phone and email to resolve issues & queries, plus provide explanations of required processes for payment activities.

All activities have SLAs, so attention to detail, accuracy and flexibility are crucial within this role.

Key skills required for this role -

  • Sound administration skills, articulate with numbers/figures
  • Used to working as part of a team and multi-tasking across an number of different requirements/jobs
  • Experience/knowledge of finance related activities would be a distinct advantage but not essential for the role
  • Concur & SAP experience would be preferable but not essential
