**PROJECT COORDINATOR** **50K PRO RATA** **PART TIME**

An expanding pensions scheme business has an exciting opportunity to join them as a Finance Project Manager on a part time fixed term arrangement for 6-9 Months. You will take the lead on several projects as they enter a period of business process transition.

The Job

Reporting to the Finance & Investment Operations Manager you will be responsible delivering several projects working closely with Quality Improvement Manager.

Projects will include the transition of global custodian, straight through processing of payments from the admin system to the accounting system, standardising bank accounts, accounting system upgrades, new contributions process.

Manage various projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of satisfaction.

Stakeholder management and working with project management methodologies across internal functions.

Perform risk management to minimise any project risks and develop a project plan to track progress and reporting.

Report project progress and any changes to the project plan to leadership team.

The Person

Proven work experience as a Project Manager within the financial services sector essential

Prince 2 or equivalent qualification desirable

Pension experience desirable not essential.

Strong ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals, including project metrics and dashboards essential.

Strong verbal and written communications, and negotiation skills; strong presentation skills essential.

Stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills essential.

Analytical thinker with creative problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Team player who is able to work collaboratively with others and stand alone.
