I am working with a well-known international fashion brand who are seeking a Finance Director to join the team with the view to tightening the existing financial processes as well as driving valuable commercial and strategic decisions.

The brand had a very successful 2019, and are looking to diversify their image moving into 2020 with a huge push on a wider audience attraction through the likes of digitalisation, customer experience and an overall business model review. Lots of exciting projects to get stuck into from day one…


  • Form close working relationships with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Be responsible for the overall control of the company's finance function.
  • Drive financial planning of the company by analysing performance and risks.
  • Manage and take accountability for the BU's P&L's: define, optimise and monitor budget objectives.
  • Define, implement and monitor marketing activity.
  • Working to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans.
  • Lead on all financial processes, risk management, corporate administration and compliance.
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of corporate finance including capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity management and compliance.
  • Ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.
  • Responsibility for company cash and treasury management.
  • Preparation of timely and detailed reports on financial performance.
  • Oversight of annual audit and production of company statutory accounts.

You will be…

  • Currently working at FD level.
  • Qualified member of an accountancy body (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
  • In-depth knowledge of accountancy principles, regulations and best practices.
  • Great commercial acumen with a dynamic flare and a confident influential leader.
  • Have the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of seniority.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Advanced Excel) and financial management software.
  • Energetic and highly motivated with great work ethic.
  • Passion for excellence and innovation to promote business growth and success.
  • A strong team leader and mentor.
