I have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Partner to join a leading global luxury fashion retailer. The company offer a broad range of high-end, ready-to-wear quality goods, and also specialise in beautiful haute couture clothing showcased on many well-known individuals.

They are in need of a Finance Business Partner to join the team to help deliver key strategic information to support change and drive growth.

  • Partner with senior leaders create a holistic, strategic plan to deliver against our business and people strategy.
  • Support Business Heads in preparing budgets and forecasts and ensure they are planned, consolidated and delivered in timely manner.
  • Develop forecast models to drive improvements in forecast accuracy, speed and timeliness.
  • Develop trusted partnerships with senior leaders, providing thought leadership, challenge, and solutions-focused coaching and advice.
  • You will report to the Management Reporting leader, helping him to drive process standardisation and reporting automation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide insight into trends in the KPIs and dashboard and analysis
  • You will be responsible for management reporting being a key figure in understanding underlying business dynamic behind the numbers and being a go-to person for business units providing visibility on their financial performance
  • You will support FP&A month end closing and partner with Accounting team to produce accurate financial reports
  • Support the Heads of Business and manager with business case development for new initiatives.

In terms of you…

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Accurate, with thorough attention to detail.
  • Must have previous experience of financial planning and analysis.
  • Ability to multi-task, use own initiative and work autonomously when required.
  • Have the gravitas to liaise with senior management, and confidence to influence non-finance individuals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with partners, building effective relationships.
  • Ability to draw key business conclusions from analysis and anticipate scenarios.
  • A strong desire to work in the fashion industry.
