Finance Administrator
Amersham - Buckinghamshire/ Remote
Working 3 days per week- for an initial 3 month contract
My Client is looking for a Finance Admin, who will be remote based initially for an initial 3 month contract.
Experience in using or at least knowledge of the following systems:
Legal Tracker
iProcurement
Baseware
Expected to create new invoices, setting up new matters and sending onto AP to pay
Raising PO's across the business
Organise, manage and maintain the PO's
Setting up new suppliers
Chasing up invoices and managing the statuses
Incredibly organised person and able to work effectively to manage 100+ invoices per week
Role is based out of Amersham Place but will be home based for the foreseeable
