Finance Administrator

Amersham - Buckinghamshire/ Remote

Working 3 days per week- for an initial 3 month contract

My Client is looking for a Finance Admin, who will be remote based initially for an initial 3 month contract.

Experience in using or at least knowledge of the following systems:

    • Legal Tracker

    • iProcurement

    • Baseware

  • Expected to create new invoices, setting up new matters and sending onto AP to pay

  • Raising PO's across the business

  • Organise, manage and maintain the PO's

  • Setting up new suppliers

  • Chasing up invoices and managing the statuses

  • Incredibly organised person and able to work effectively to manage 100+ invoices per week

  • Role is based out of Amersham Place but will be home based for the foreseeable
