Field Support Engineer (EDBS Cleared) - Sunderland (with travel) - initial 2 month contract Field Support Engineer (EDBS Cleared) required to join a reputable ICT support and teaching company focusing on providing on-site support to schools within the Sunderland area with travel on an initial 2 month contract with the view to extend. Due to the urgent nature of the role and working in the school environment, the client ideally requires that candidates hold current active Enhanced DBS clearance. Duties:Providing routine network supportKey Skills You will have experience of:Providing onsite customer support within a school environmentCarrying out routine network management tasks such as daily backups, and anti-virus checkingResponding to incidents logged by the customerResolving network and equipment failures including software, hardware and infrastructure problems as defined by the service level agreement.Carrying out hardware fault diagnosis ( IT systems repairs, at modular level and component levels)Ensure that all systems used for work activities are updated on a real time basis (e.g. the completion of detailed and accurate call notes)Ensuring that the IT Service Delivery targets are achieved.Work in an advisory capacity alongside the FSC and Ops Team LeaderIf this role is of interest to you please submit your CV in the first instance.
