Field Service Engineer (Mailroom Equipment)

North West Region

£24,745 - £26,500 +DOE + Quarterly bonus + Commission + Company Car

Field Service Engineer (Mailroom Equipment) required for a mailroom equipment and software solutions company who work with a large and expanding client list across the country. They sell and lease a variety of different equipment from manufacturers and provide a full service package along with them.

As Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to breakdowns and providing maintenance to the customer on their mailroom equipment such as printers, scanners, folders and more. You will also be expected to present a positive image of the company by working with enthusiasm and having a positive attitude, approach and appearance. You will also be required to travel extensively for the role in the North West region of the UK.

The ideal Field Service Engineer will have good Electo/Mechanical knowledge with some understanding of Electronics, further qualifications to support this are highly preferred. You should also have previous experience working with mailroom equipment such as printers or scanners. Most importantly, you should be able to communicate positively and effectively with a range of different customers.
