Facilities Manager - Operational Lead - Soft Services
A Facilities Manager who holds experience of managing staff who operate in the catering, cleaning and logistics domains is required by one of the UK's leading partners in defence, science and technology. Based in their corporate headquarters you'll lead the respective soft services teams on-site ensuring that the high standards and customer service are maintained whilst embedding innovation and best practice into the team.
The ideal Facilities Manager will have very good client-facing and people management skills as you'll be expected to act as an interface with customers while overseeing a team of contractors who are provided by other organisations. Due to the nature of my client's business they will require all applicants to be SC clearable and willing to work outside of core hours.
