External Invoice and PR Administrator (SAP)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a leading European energy trading company in Swindon.

Role overview

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Provider Management Department, who provide services to the IT functions of our client. You will sit in External Resource Management and Invoicing, working in close collaboration with Vendor and Licence Managers, Group Procurement, Accounts Payable and Operational Managers.
  • An Initial trip to Essen, Germany, will be required for training.

Role Description (key accountabilities, activities)

You will need proven experience within:

  • Management of incoming invoices
  • Validates invoice details
  • Invoice dispute resolution
  • Central point of contact for Accounts Payable, Provider Management department and stakeholders
  • Obtains approvals from the business
  • Goods receipt items in SAP
  • Update and maintain accurate invoice records to ensure accurate reporting and status.
  • Ensure tasks and emails are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Raise purchase requisitions in SAP.
  • Update all systems with PR details and communicate updates
  • Manage PR issues and changes with stakeholders and Provider Management department

Technical Skills and knowledge required for the role:

  • Candidates should have good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • You will need to be a self-starter mentality with a "can do" attitude - proactive with high level of self-motivation.
  • Good written and spoken English language skills, good and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to deliver to varying deadlines.
  • Confidence and ability to effectively communicate with managers and stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Skills / Experience Required

  • It would be good to have Experience of SAP.
  • An interest in IT services and contracts
  • Knowledge of procurement and sourcing life-cycle is advantageous
