Executive/VIP Desktop Support Technician Experis are currently recruiting on behalf of a global provider of financial data intelligence based in London for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for their VIP staff. You will have daily interaction with Senior Executives as well as their support personnel and will perform all IT maintenance tasks, resolving moderate to complex problems immediately. You will also review and recommend hardware and software solutions where appropriate, including new product acquisitions and upgrades. We are keen to speak to established Support Technicians with previous experience supporting VIP/C-Suite Executives, holding ITIL Certification. This role would suit a driven, proactive individual with excellent time management capabilities. You will ideally have previous experience of ServiceNow though this is not essential.
