My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Executive Project Assistant on a initial 6 month contract basis.

The Executive Project Assistant will be part of the Premium Products Team.

The International Premium Products Team plays a critical role in:

  • Developing strategies to increase market share with the High Net-Worth segment
  • Partnering with the US team to deliver a Global value proposition
  • Identifying and testing new ideas to ensure our products remain relevant with different audiences
  • Creating Best in Class communication assets and servicing strategies to increase engagement with our customers
  • Influencing other Centres of Excellence (Enterprise Digital, Travel & Lifestyle Servicing, Brand Communications & Marketing etc.) to deliver in line with our global Product Line Strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the New Product Development (NPD) governance process and ensure that it provides adequate control whilst enabling timely delivery of product launches/refreshes
  • Ensure that process documentation is up-to-date and aligned with global Product Line Strategy
  • Act as main point of contact for all internal and external audits (for NPD & pricing) and respond to any requests within agreed timeframes
  • Liaise with the International Lending Products Team to ensure we are taking a consistent approach with regards to governance of NPD and pricing
  • Project manage the annual pricing validation process for all International products
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from local marketing teams and provide marketing assets and guidance as needed

  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and flexible amidst change
  • Flexible to work across multiple time zones
