Executive Assistant - London - 3-6 MonthsA new opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant, to run the office of our customer. An exceptionally busy role, the successful candidate will have proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, with experience working in a highly confidential environment and organising high profile internal and external meetings and events. Job role:A key member of the Learning Leadership Talent team, you will need to demonstrate absolute confidentiality, manage multiple priorities and will be accountable for the smooth running of the LLT Director's diary, whilst ensuring focus is maintained on the key priorities.Discretion is key to this role, and the successful candidate will have a proven record of organising meetings/events with high profile individuals. You will also have strong links to other internal senior management teams and as such require strong relationship management skills.You'll be:Becoming an integral part of the LLT Director's leadership team - developing relations within this team, attending team meetings, taking and managing actions resulting from them and devolving work to requisite leadership team members.Editing key presentations ensuring that briefings for meetings have been prepared and debriefing takes place.Managing the diary of the LLT Director - ensuring that current organisational priorities are understood to ensure diaries are aligned and prioritised against the business needs.Reviewing all emails and taking appropriate action on behalf of the LLT Director, including; highlighting urgent requirements; sifting out items that the Director need not respond to personally by identifying suitable respondents to issues or responding on their behalf; and organising the others effectively so that they can be dealt with efficiently.Clear in your understanding of the objectives and priorities of the Director and the strategy of the businessProactive in taking responsibility for closed loop control on all personal actions.Arranging events, meetings and all-hands calls, ensuring all the logistics are in place and the events run smoothlyProviding administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner e.g. Typing, hospitality, travel arrangements ordering stationery, expense claims, computing orders etc.Working closely with PMOs to ensure that governance / updates are managed and that the correct stakeholders are present for key meetingsSupporting the cascade of communications to LLT as a whole including the planning and logistics involved in the activity (off sites, LLT all hands calls)team, and assist in the delivery and execution of these.
