Executive Assistant (Sales, Google, MS Office) - London - 12 Month ContractMy client, a global t customer experience management company are currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant for their Sales & Professional Services (PS) teams based out of London. The position is on a contract basis for an initial 12 month assignment, offering a competitive hourly rate and they are looking for someone to start immediately. Role Background:You'll join a group of smart, creative, and dynamic leaders and be a crucial part of achieving my clients strategic objectives in a team-oriented environment that still has the electric energy and pace of a start-up.They are looking for a "take-charge" planner. Someone that can "keep trains on time" and not only have fun doing it, but also create an environment where all feel successful.You will partner with the Sales & PS teams with scheduling, planning and relentless execution. You'll support our Head of EMEA Sales and Head of EMEA Professional Services including a dynamic team of over 40 teammates in region across multiple locations.You will also be responsible for arranging/coordinating travel as well as the planning and coordination of weekly, biweekly and quarterly events: off-sites, in-person trainings and meetings including communication, accommodations, meeting space, supplies, catering, etc.You will also be required to Move special projects forward by arranging meetings, ensuring they take place, leading research, or doing whatever your inner entrepreneur tells you needs to happen to make the project a successManaging spreadsheets and trackers that keep a unified view of our distributed team's progress, as well as bringing sanity to the Sales & Professional Services leadership team by proactively and creatively simplifying their workday. Required Skills:Extensive Executive Assistant or administration experience is essential for this position ideally within a sales environment.Exposure to supporting multiple leaders or departments at the same time would also be beneficial.Candidates should be able to work with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite of products.Prior experience planning events of all sizes and levels of complexity including travel based out of London.Any experience of working with productivity applications for HR, expense reporting, travel, purchasing, etc. would also be of interest.
