As part of a dedicated team that covers ensuring service requests are appropriately executed, the live service environment is operating correctly, the live service is being maintained correctly across the SIAM process model and supports Incidents ((or post Incident reviews) as required by providing insight and practical technical expertise.Managed Desktop Service (MDS) is an enabling ITS service providing centrally managed desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices to UK&E, Corporate and Secure users. You will have experience of supporting enterprise environments ( this environment is 4000 users and id likely to grow to 12,000 through internal changes) . ITS currently spends over £4m per annum on Managed Desktop Service (MDS) services across the UK&E and Corporate User base and this is expected to rise to £8m when the 12,000 users are migrated. What we need from you3 years senior infrastructure experience in working with a managed desktop environment and windows 10 evergreen environments.Strong experience with ITIL based working practicesStrong understanding of Active Directory and group policyKnowledge of application packaging, windows deployment task sequences, OS deployment tools.Knowledge of CES+ accreditation process, solution rollout to end usersExperience project implementation (desirable)Experience of solution design (desirable)Experience in working with VDI or virtual application (desirable)Experience with MDM and mobile device management (desirable) Technical Experience Windows 10Office 365Microsoft SCCMMicrosoft IntuneWindows ServerActive Directory and group policyService NowSymantec End point protectionHP hardware managementFor immediate consideration and interview please apply now.
