Estimation Support Analyst

Location: WFH/ Telford

We are actively looking to secure an Estimation Support Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

Our client is looking for a Estimation Support Analyst to undertake both regular and transformational activities with respect to Estimation on the MU.

Key Tasks

  • Data analysis of previous estimates, actuals and Estimation Models to provide effective Feedback Loops to improve estimation accuracy.
  • Estimation assurance and support of assigned propositions.
  • Support the design and development of the MU Estimation Knowledge Base, including past estimates, propositions, guides, processes, estimation tools and models.
  • Reviewing, improving and developing our Estimation assets.
  • Supporting the wider Demand Management function and BPM PU initiatives.

Technical Skills:

Microsoft: Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Flow, PowerPoint, Word

Atlassian: Jira, JQL, eazyBI

Business Skills:

  • Good analytical, data analysis, problem solving and creativity skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Some experience of Estimation and Impacting
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of developing SharePoint repositories, workflows and dashboards
  • Understanding of MU Demand Type processes
