Knowledge and skills:

  • Self-motivation, proactive, eager and willing to work collaboratively with stakeholders in services, marketing, sales, channels, and IT
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technology and decisions simply
  • Ability to work with teams across international time zones and complex cross-functional groups
  • Ability to work well with many levels of management as well as technical contributors
  • Able to quickly drive, communicate and gain support for decisions in unstructured environments
  • Experience in successfully defining and driving product or services enablement plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Training Services enablement efforts in the region; build and execute on integrated internal enablement plans and capabilities in alignment with sales and business priorities
  • Be the Training Services enablement SME in EMEAR that builds / curates relevant, engaging and impactful content for digital and non-digital channels
  • Identify opportunities to change the business process to ensure an outstanding sales and partner experience
  • Create and manage the operational metrics necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of each enablement approach
  • Collect feedback from sellers, partners and go-to-market groups to implement changes that will accelerate the customer's value realization of the service, solution and technologies
  • Develop and manage internal communication plans to sales and channels organization to drive business impact and increase awareness, preference and purchase
  • Help create and present Training services business/operational reviews, strategy, vision, roadmap and progress plans in executive and analyst communication
  • Have a thorough understanding of the business context - i.e. how the organization sells, how the partner model works, how digital capabilities are being leveraged to scale and enable the business

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in successfully defining and driving product or services enablement plans
  • Experience working with Sales and/or Partner organization
  • Ability to organize and champion key initiatives and projects to ensure their success
