Employee Relations Specialist - 12 Month FTC

Experis are currently recruiting on behalf of a global blue-chip organisation based in London for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join them on an initial 12 month FTC.

We're looking for professionals with a proven track record of managing complex ER cases, ensuring a strategic approach is taken to manage cases end to end.

Typical duties include:

  • Providing guidance and advice to HR Advisors and Managers on all employee relations cases and HR policy matters
  • Identifying and managing legal, financial and reputational risk
  • Oversee any redundancy activity for the UK&I to ensure effective management and compliance with legal requirements
  • Develop underperformance management tools, framework and governance and drive effective management
  • Continually review employee relations casework and trends and implement proactive measures to prevent issues from recurring

This role requires a strong background in Employee Relations, as well as a pro-active attitude, resilience, and good experience of complex ER cases.
