Employee Relations Manager

An experienced Employee Relations Manager is required to join our client, a leading blue-chip organisation at their site in London on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for providing guidance on TUPE for acquisitions, divestitures and outsourcing, managing relationships with external legal advisors & union representatives, and proactively updating our clients HR community on changes to legislation; recognising opportunities to upskill the team.

We are looking to speak to candidates with a strong background in Employee Relations at Management level as this is a fast paced role that requires the successful candidate to jump straight in. You will also need demonstrable experience in dealing with organisational change and acquisitions in a large sized organisation. Previous ER experience outside of the UK is highly desirable, though not essential.
