Job Role - EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE MANAGER Location - Port Sunlight Duration - 12 MonthPay = £400 - £500 per day My Client are looking for an experienced employee manager who specialises within transformation and change. You will be Accountable for ensuring optimum Employee Experience across all Technology Services and working in conjunction with other TS Service Lines such as Collaboration Services, Workplace and Travel IT, Mobile and Device Services, Unified Comms Services and IDAM, plus HR IT, IT Platforms and GEO IT. This role will design an engagement model to create Digital Feedback loops with all areas of the business and IT to provide a single point of accountability and engagement for digital employee solutions and adoption. Key accountabilities:Within Technology Services accountable for aligning Service Activation, Change and Release Management, Patch Management and any other activity with end user impact to ensure all our employees get maximum benefit from the change and that levels of change are appropriate.Defines policy, process and ways of working to ensure quality employee experience across all of Technology Services in alignment with other ETS functions and other parts of IT.Develops overall service activation and user adoption strategy and roadmaps to ensure visibility of the overall employee impact. 3+ year outlook.Offer guidance to stakeholders in communication and education activities associated with the activation of new services. Also defines, leads and delivers activities in this area.Against significant cost pressures the role must continually re-invent how things are delivered to take into account regional & global challenges, rapidly changing technology, cost challenges and a hugely varied supply landscape.Key stakeholder relationship management of the key interfaces to relevant governance boards, IT management and business contacts. Experience and qualifications required:Successfully demonstrate experience and understanding in the key areas of Service Activation and Change Management.Infrastructure experience is essential as well as a broader understanding of change management practices and associated functions such as HR and Workplace.Preferred professional accreditation combined with a wide reaching knowledge of service activation and change management.Exudes credibility and exercises independent judgment and decision-making responsibilities on all digital solutions mattersStrong appreciation of the service and governance processes and challenges.Excellent overall knowledge of wide areas of IT practice and applications.Proven experience of working with teams in a diverse and globally distributed environmentExcellent business awareness, understanding the broader context in which IT delivery has an impact on overall business performance.If this is of interest to you then apply today for immediate consideration!
