EMEA Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator - London - 3-month contract

EMEA Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator required to join a multinational insurance company based in London on a 3-month contract.


  • In partnership with recruitment team, execute divisional recruiting strategy including: the coordination of candidate assessment (scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate applicant tracking system, providing feedback and managing all logistical details); management of candidate T&E and recruiting budget
  • Facilitate assessment days with the hiring manager
  • Coordinate offer letter process and onboarding
  • Assist with the planning and execution of Summer Internship Programs, including: interviews, placements, manager training, intern communications, intern paperwork, management of networking and speaker events, evaluations, etc.
  • Manage team-wide projects, including: presentation creation; job description updates; development of surveys; enterprise-wide recruiting events and conferences
  • Support university partnerships, including: liaising with career services teams to facilitate campus recruiting activities and attending campus events as needed
  • Support marketing strategy, including: collateral management, relationships with external marketing suppliers

Key Skills:

  • Experience working in a Campus Recruitment team within a large HR function
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise high workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Strong competency in using ATS and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in the Financial Services industry (desirable)
  • Flexibility to attend assessment days and campus events outside of London as needed
