EDBS Support Engineer - 2 months - Leeds, Hull & Salford

An opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer. You will be joining a reputable ICT support and teaching company and will be providing on-site support to a local school's in the areas of Leeds, Salford and Hull.

You will need to have a full British driving licence in order to get to and from the above locations.

Due to the urgent nature of the role and working in the school environment, the client ideally requires that candidates hold current active Enhanced DBS clearance.

Duties

  • Resolving network, server and equipment failures including software, hardware and infrastructure problems as defined by the service level agreement.

Skills & Experiences

  • You will have worked in a similar environment
  • You will have strong Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Windows 7/10 SCCM/MDT knowledge
  • G-Suite
  • Customer Facing

Desirable Skills

  • CC4
  • Virtual Server Technology knowledge such as HyperV and VMWare
