eDBS Customer Support Engineer - 3 Month Contract - Ilford

My client are looking for a Customer Support Engineer with Enhance DBS Clearance for a 3 month initial contract role based in Ilford. The role will be full time on site and can offer an hourly rate up to £28 per hour.

Role Information and Responsibilities:

  • The role will be responsible for managing call queues and customer expectations.
  • You will also be expected to provide onsite support for a range of technical issues.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate prior experience of working towards tight deadlines and working in an SLA/KPI driven environment.
  • Able to provide technical desktop support of Windows 7/8/10, Apple, Windows Server and basic wireless and networking queries.
  • Due to the nature of the role candidates should hold an active Enhanced DBS Clearance.
