eCRM Campaign Executive - London, Paddington - £225/£275 - 6 months

The work location is in LONDON and is a 6 Months contract.

Pay rate is between £225 - £275 per day.

The role is working for a well established, multi-national retailer and specialises in clothing, home and luxury product.

Key skills

  • Experience working withineCRM/email marketing is essential
    • Must be able to create email content to a high standard
    • Content and Brand experience is essential
    • Well versed in Adobe
  • Experience in using the ESP Exact Target is ideal and previous experience using a known ESP is essential
  • Experienced in analysing and reporting onKPI's across campaigns, and providing recommendations for increased performance
    • Experience with Omniture is a plus
  • Self-motivated, well organised individual, who can work effectively within a team

Role Objectives

  • Accountable for the delivery of our direct marketing messages to millions of customers, you will be responsible for making it happen, making it better and doing it right. You will be passionate about getting the most from our data, technology and creative assets, be comfortable working across departments, disciplines and channels, be strongly commercially-minded, possess excellent planning communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and deal with ambiguity.
  • As an innovative thinker and someone who can lead a small team, you will grow our active customer database through customer lifecycle strategies and retention programs, with a focus on building long-term, profitable relationships with them. You will use a data & analytics background to continually test, learn & improve campaign segmentation, campaign evaluation and targeted messaging.
  • You will be very hands on as you become an expert user of our marketing technology suite (Exact Target, Journey Builder & FastStats), ensuring we get the most out of the data & systems available to us.

Key accountabilities

  • Plan email activity with marketing and trade managers for owned markets
  • Lead promotional loyalty campaign in Ireland
  • Create email template and content and manage process through from brief to deployment
  • Report on CRM KPIs in owned markets and taking actions to offset underperformance in KPIs
  • Deploy & manage key trigger campaigns with strong experience of Salesforce journey builder tool (or equivalent)
  • Use customer data to deliver valuable insights to the wider team
