Overview:
As a D365 Finance Functional Consultant, you will be a flexible individual with a positive attitude, who is responsible for reviewing clients' business needs to re-engineer processes to improve efficiency, ensuring that the clients' requirements are met for the successful D365 implementation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Communication with the clients to understand and document business requirements
- Demonstrate and advise on complex D365 Finance solution capabilities and business cases to propose comprehensive solutions based on D365 to the customer/client
- Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
- Create estimates for implementation tasks
- Operate within the development team to implement D365 capabilities for customers
- Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentor team members
- Solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Conduct user and administrator training
Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience as Functional Consultant in Dynamics ERP 365 F&O (Cloud/On-premises).
Abilities in Dynamics ERP:
- Complete Product knowledge
- Hands-on experience in Development/Support/Implementation projects
- Finance module setup and Configuration
- End to end Design and Documentation
- Core domain knowledge of Finance
- General Presales Experience
- Good Customer interaction abilities
