Role: Documentum Developer

Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extensions)

Location: London

Pay = Market rates

You are a key member of the delivery team, collaborating with all members throughout the full delivery life-cycle to ensure delivery of highest-quality software products.

What your role as a Documentum Developer will involve...

Developers; develop software to meet user needs and follow best practice guidelines and help to improve those guidelines. Developers write clean, secure and well-tested code and operate the services they build and identify issues in production. Developers will also coach and mentor more junior colleagues.

Demonstrates a rational and organised approach to the tasks undertaken and an awareness of the need to achieve quality. Has some knowledge of testing procedures. Takes a logical, analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail.

Developer (Documentum) - Essential Criteria

  • Agile - SCRUM, DevOps
  • Content Management System Development - 2 years' experience
  • Development Languages - Java 2 years' experience
  • RDBMS - 2 years' experience

Developer (Documentum) - Desirable Experience

  • Agile - KANBAN
  • Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
  • Content management - Documentum v6.7 and v7.x, xCP 2.x,
  • DFC; WDK; REST Services
  • Containerisation - Docker with Swarm or Kubernetes
  • RDBMS - Oracle, Sql Server
  • Development Languages - Java, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, DQL
  • XML Skills - XML, XSD, SOAP
  • Web Servers - Tomcat
  • Testing Tools - Cucumber, Selenium
  • Source Code Management - GIT
  • Component Repository - Nexus
  • Others Tools - Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), GitLab, Maven, Jenkins
  • Workflow Management - Pega
  • Cloud - AWS (Amazon Web Services)
