Document / Data CoordinatorBristol6 MonthsUp to £18 p/hourMy client is seeking a highly organised administrative professional to join their busy Bristol team. The successful candidate will locate and retrieve documents and data from the client document management system and take pieces of those documents to build them into dossiers. This is done using Adobe Acrobat (or equivalent). Candidates will be required to track their progress and complete the work quickly and to a high quality level.Training will be provided for this position so dossier package experience isn't essential but highly advantageous. A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and administrative experience is key.ResponsibilitiesCompile Dossier packages in line with QMS (quality management requirements)Ensure the structure, quality of presentation and legibility is satisfactory and in accordance with client standard and Customer requirements.Maintain all approved records accurately using the agreed storage system, in-line with client and Customer document retention policies.Liaise with Project Teams to establish the Client and standard client dossier documentation Quality requirements.Support the generation of KPI reporting using EXCELStrong HSE work ethic.High awareness to the safety culture of the business.Please submit your CV in the first instance.
