Digital Workplace Workstream Lead

We are actively looking to secure a Digital Workstream Lead to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must hold valid SC Clearance, or be willing to obtain this level of clearance before commencement of work.

The Role

Portfolio lead role for this workstream, helping to design and deliver the Digital Workplace roadmap and projects.

Work is currently underway to establish business cases and high level designs for a number of projects with others in less mature stages. Three of these pathfinders will shortly be mobilised, including an O365 pilot and app development work.

The Engagement Lead will lead the teams to deliver the above. You will be responsible for:

  • Mobilisation, Project delivery planning oversight and management
  • Senior stakeholder engagement including meeting and workshop facilitation
  • Leading work to establish further business cases and high level designs/plans for the less well developed pathfinders
  • Agreeing priorities and associated timelines for deliverables
  • Responsible for delivery of agreed deliverables and any day-to-day issues
  • Management of resources and priorities
  • Liaising/directing Business Change Consultant to ensure business change activities and adoption strategies are an integral part of any pilot/implementation/rollout
  • Liaising with the Account Engagement Manager and PMO to ensure all required reporting in place
  • Supporting the Delivery Director on development of proposals for next phases of funding

Skills required:

  • Previous experience of delivering digital workplace solutions
