  • Build and maintain relationships with the digital team, project sponsors, internal customers and suppliers.
  • Manage expectations, negotiation and communication with project stakeholders to support the delivery against the project roadmap, including weekly status reports.
  • Implement, and ensure usage of tools to assist with project and Agile management across your digital project teams eg Excel, Microsoft project, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence.

  • Demonstrable experience of being a Scrum Master with an understanding of how to manage diverse Scrum teams in a collaborative way.
  • Adept in Agile development methodologies and experience in adopting a 'best fit' approach depending on the demands of the project and organisation.
  • Highly articulate and credible at a senior level (eg Head of), consistently delivering accurate reporting as to the current state of play with regard to the Digital deliveries.
  • Ability to have robust or difficult conversations with customers, suppliers and stakeholders in a constructive manner leading to resolution.
  • Planning at both the higher level and getting into the detail in Sprint Planning to make things happen when needed.
  • Great organisation skills to keep projects - and the project team - on track.
  • Adept at breaking down barriers for your team, resolving issues and escalating when required.
  • Great at managing stakeholder expectations effectively, ensuring they're fully involved in the various stages of the delivery and efficiently managing their inputs and participation.
  • High degree of commercial awareness and business acumen.
