Are you ready for a new and challenging Digital Project Manager position dealing with clients within the Arts, Education and Culture sector?


Based in Glasgow and with 2 decades of experience our client is a digital agency with a dynamic and forward-thinking team. Our client operates internationally and works with digital transformation, design, development and digital marketing.


If successful this role will be in a fast paced, creative and collaborative environment. Your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Collaborate with the internal design/UX and development teams in managing accounts and client relationships
  • Provide active reports on all internal and external projects
  • Draft proposals
  • Assist in business development
  • Take part in daily scrum updates with the team to understand overall project progress and performance
  • Present proposals and projects to the team, confident in understanding all client requirements and answering queries on their behalf


To be considered you will need;

  • Come from a Digital Agency background
  • Minimum 2-3 years Project Management experience - running multiple digital projects
  • A keen interest in your sectors-Arts, Culture & Education
  • Experience of agile and waterfall project management, or Prince 2 qualified
  • Strong commercial awareness of project delivery, profit, loss and margin retention
  • The ability to prioritise workloads effectively, and delegate when pertinent
  • Comfortable with both client and internal communication (verbally and written) - particularly in requirement gathering and relay, budget/scope restrictions and translation of technical language.
  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate risk in the project life-cycle
