An excellent and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in the development and delivery of an innovative digital strategy leading to growth and enhanced user experience.
Reporting into the Director of Digital, the successful Digital Marketing Manager will be a jack of all trades. The team you will be joining is relatively small meaning you will be required to achieve customer growth across multiple channels, delivering multiple campaigns simultaneously as well as using digital analytics tool to drive decision- making.
As a Digital Marketing Manager within the business, you will be given the opportunity to progress and grow your career at an accelerated rate. By developing and delivering a digital strategy from day one whilst simultaneously remaining hands on, this is a great opportunity that, for the right candidate, will prove challenging but ultimately incredibly rewarding.
The role:

  • Develop and drive an innovative digital strategy leading to growth and enhanced user experience
  • Develop the marketing automation capabilities by leveraging best practices and building comprehensive workflows
  • Work closely with the Direct of Strategy to monitor, analyse and improve digital performance using best practice in platform-specific analytics
  • Make recommendation based on digital insighs for digital distribution and production, provide analysis of digital campaign effectiveness, build dashboards and reports to support decision making
  • Provide expertise in the use of social media and other relevant analytics tools to effectively engage key audiences through cross-platform campaigns



Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to achieve sustainable customer-focused digital growth across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple campaign simultaneously
  • Strong experience with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of digital analytics tools, and experience in using digital insights to drive decision-making.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization and impactful writing using targeted keywords and A/B testing
