Context

The Corporate Marketing team in Europe is responsible for establishing the client as a leader in Digital transformation amongst C-suite decision makers for large enterprises in targeted verticals.

The Corporate Marketing team addresses this requirement by creating integrated marketing programs which combine advertising, content marketing, digital and social media into programs which can be localised at country level.

Digital marketing generally and country dot com sites in particular are at the heart of our brand building plans.

Reporting to the Director Corporate Marketing CE, you will be responsible for improving the customer experience of the clients brand across digital channels overseeing and visualizing user journeys and the requirements for all digital touch points.

The Role

A digital native who works alongside the technical webmaster and the Indian support team to increase quality of user experience & content of the client website and related campaign landing pages. Strong focus on ensuring contemporary and up to date user experience across desktop and mobile formats. Works as part of a central European team to create economies & efficiencies across country sites and social channels.
Works with content contributors and manage project tasks and workflows in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM CMS). Collaborates with contributors to determine the type, quality and quantity of content needed. Assigns projects, edits content and creates campaign pages for a number of countries in Europe. Oversees and monitors the site's statistics in collaboration with the Analytics team, such as user demographics, traffic flow and search engine optimization.
There will be a requirement to collaborate with colleagues across Europe, India and North America, hence experience in working in big international matrix organizations across Europe and NA is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities

  • Work with the European Marketing team to help design the user experience for multi-channel digital content campaigns, conceptualize these journeys for usage in mg presentations
  • Implement multilingual, multifaceted campaign landing pages within the Adobe platform in close cooperation with the creation of the SoMe, Media and Search campaigns
  • Measure and analyze the performance of content and visuals across touch points
  • Update page content and design as web pages evolve
  • Reflect latest SEO recommendations and priorities
  • Support collective web team efforts, including launches, redesigns, special projects
  • Contribute to content strategy with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
  • Drive innovation and be a leader in advancing marketing techniques and approaches in line with the Digital outlook with the end consumer in mind



Business Process

  • Enforce editorial and brand style guidelines
  • Review and improve web publication processes with the India based web team



Analytics and Reporting

  • Analyze quality issues and determine further actions through RCAs (Root Cause Analysis). Define and approve corrective action plans to resolve quality issues and see through to resolution
  • Research and develop methods to solicit feedback
  • Report on quality trends and action plans in management meetings and team meetings.
  • Analyze processes and provide input on potential risks and possible solutions to management teams.



Skills/Requirements

  • Education: Degree
  • Fluent English + one other EU language e.g. French, Spanish, German would be an advantage for the role
  • Proven experience with CMS systems, ideally Adobe Experience manager
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing CSS and responsive designs
  • Knowledge of SEO and tools to measure SEO performance
  • Knowledge of web traffic metrics in Adobe Analytics
  • Attention to detail and high quality delivery
  • Highly organized and systematic
  • Ability to work in and with international teams in matrix organization
  • Results driven work ethic with high energy, enthusiasm and independency levels
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and project management tools
  • Basic knowledge on image editing tools and the ability to visualize user journeys
  • Experience with web content writing is a pro
  • Interest in and good understanding of technology
  • Good understanding of the European target markets
