JOB DESCRIPTION: Digital Executive

Main Purpose of Job
Reporting to the Web Manager, the Digital Executive will support a wide variety of projects, covering website performance, troubleshooting, and data analysis. You will work alongside content producers across the business to keep the website updated and will support improvements to SEO and CRO.

The Web Specialist supports digital marketing activity, working closely with the Director of Marketing, Web Manager, Marketing Managers, and Designer. You will also work closely with our digital agencies.
Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
WEBSITE MAINTAINANCE / TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Support Web Manager as required to deliver improvements to our digital estate - including with web maintenance, CRM integration, supplier management
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues raised across the organisation
Proactively seek opportunities to improve website user experience and performance according to business goals
CONTENT
Support the marketing team with digital campaigns by building new web pages, audit and improving existing pages
Optimising existing content for site search
Help implement strategies to improve organic traffic / SEO to site
REPORTING
Produce weekly website analytics reporting for the company, following an established template
Collect feedback from internal teams and members, to inform web enhancements
Support development of CRO plans, and implement agreed changes
QUALITY CONTROL
Cross browser/cross platform testing
Adherence to brand guidelines, style guide, and QC processes
Advise business to ensure brand consistency and clarity
Accurate proofreading
Support development of new systems and processes according to best practice
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
