Our client a multinational IT and Professional services organization is seeking an experienced Digital IT Project Manager to join their team and support their end client a Global Financial Services Organisation based in South Dublin's CX & Design team

Digital IT Project Manager KEY Responsibilities:

  • Managing and deliver digital projects which lead to exceptional customer experiences
  • Becomes a key member of a highly agile team of CX strategists, design managers, and experience designers working to build great experiences for our clients customers.
  • Gather, understand, document and communicate requirements and objectives
  • Work across multiple teams to pull together assets and support
  • Coordinatine multiple stakeholders to get results
  • Ensure governance, planning and tracking is in place to deliver digital projects successfully
  • Maintain project logs including risks and issues, assumptions and decisions
  • Report on project progress internally and communicate appropriately with all stakeholders

Digital IT Project Manager Requirements:

  • Strong IT Project Management Experience
  • Be well versed in digital production and a strong ability to apply logical thinking
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (including presentation skills)
  • Ability to build excellent relationships in a collaborative way both internally and externally
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Project Management experience (PRINCE 2 or PMBOK is highly advantageous)
  • Experience or certification with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) is a plus, but not essential
  • Understanding of the design and development lifecycle
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Listening, oral, written and presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and planning and multi-tasking skills.
